"All-Risk" Coverage This policy insures approved general merchandise against risks of physical loss or damage from external causes. However, this policy will not cover every circumstance where there is a loss that is possible in the course of an international shipment. Free of Particular Average (FPA) Coverage Sometimes, due to the nature of products or shipping condition, only limited coverage can be obtained.
